Face Atelier Ultra Foundation is a primer/foundation 2-in-1 so you do not need a primer! ( as we already know from the official comment), There´s a built-in primer which makes this foundation so great. It goes on so smooth, it´s easy to blend – and you´ll get the best result if you warm it up a bit on your hand before applying, It actually says “shake well before using”. I like to apply for myself using my fingers. You get the best finish using a Beautyblender but … I don’t have one yet. The formula is very runny and needs to be shaken before use (silicone is lighter than pigment). The coverage is medium to high, depending on how you build it.
As I would expect with a silicone-based foundation, it blends seamlessly on the skin and really does look and feel like real skin. And it feels really lightweight too… I can completely forget I’m wearing foundation.
It does not settle into pores, it does not accentuate fine lines or wrinkles, it is just smooth, flawless and a great foundation. It is waterproof and I find it to last like 8 hours – but then it needs a touch-up. Actually I do think this is a better foundation for the normal, combo or dry-skinned woman, as it might tend to shine a little after a while.
There is another very cool feature. This foundation line has shades “Zero Plus” and “Zero Minus” which you can mix into you foundation to get a lighter or darker shade, that help in between seasons, we need a darker shade for summer and darker for winter, or to get just the right shade for yours skin tone.
About sizes that you can purchase from Face Atelier: There is full size 30 ml, Pro size 20ml or a sample (especially helps if you not sure about your shade, or just want to try the product before actually buying it).
So the result of my try… I would Highly recommend to try this one!
